Our Chief Executive Officer Engr. Mohsin Akbar brings nearly two decades of extensive, top-tier construction, project management, and corporate auditing experience across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A graduate of the University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar, his foundational engineering expertise is backed by prestigious global certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Green LEED GA, OSHA 48, and multiple specialized internal auditing credentials.His exceptional technical and managerial acumen is validated by official, high-level approvals from major regional powerhouses;
He has been approved by Saudi Aramco as a Construction Manager, Civil Superintendent, and Senior Civil Engineer, alongside holding senior engineering approvals from ADNOC and the Ministry of Health. Furthermore, he is an active, registered member of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Throughout his distinguished career, he has spearheaded complex, high-stakes infrastructure and industrial mega-projects while representing leading international and national firms, including Nesma & Partners, Saipem, China Railways Construction Corporation, SinoHydro, and Alyamama for Trading and Contracting. Most recently, his leadership portfolio has been further strengthened by two years of dedicated internal auditing experience with Nesma & Partners, bringing a rigorous corporate compliance, risk management, and quality assurance perspective to his executive oversight. His robust project history highlights immense versatility, featuring pivotal developments such as the Hawiyah Gas Plant Expansion, the Unconventional Gas Early Production Facilities at Jafurah, and extensive security facility upgrades for Saudi Aramco at Dhahran. With profound expertise spanning massive civil earthworks, structural engineering, advanced utility networking, turnkey commercial builds, and comprehensive internal corporate audits, he meticulously directs every facet of the project lifecycle. By championing stringent quality control, proactive risk management, and sustainable construction practices, his visionary leadership ensures that our company consistently delivers operational excellence and strictly adheres to the highest international industry standards.

His career is distinguished by leading large-scale business acquisition and strategic partnership initiatives across the construction and engineering sectors. A key architect of our recent growth, his specific leadership and relationship management skills have been instrumental in securing key contracts. With profound expertise in strategic planning, turnkey commercial bid development, comprehensive corporate strategy, he meticulously directs every facet of the business development lifecycle, featuring the term and experiences of commissioning construction and extensive facilities, elevated comprehensive and quality management, he steered the business development.
